We all have our favorites, whether it’s a flavor of ice cream, brand of car, author, Super Bowl contender, or fruit. Our son Malachi loves bananas, and over Christmas his aunts taught him a song so that he can proudly
sing “bananas are my favorite food to eat!” If he could eat like the song proclaims, he would eat only bananas and nothing else. When we, as members of a peace church, see the fruits of the Spirit, are we guilty of the same thing? —Daniel Yoder
