Talashia Keim Yoder began ministry at CMC in January of 2009. Talashia gives leadership to visioning and implementing further relationship-building with young adults, as well as working with pastoral care for youth and young adults.

Talashia is also the theater director for Bethany Christian High School, and freelances as a director, choreographer, and dance and acting instructor. Some of this includes work with the Goshen College theater and music departments.
