Pastor Lee Hochstetler

Levi (Lee) Hochstetler Jr. is an interim pastor, ministering in nurture and counseling. One of seventeen children, Lee grew up in Napanee Indiana on a dairy farm in an Amish household.

After serving in the Army as a practical nurse in Tacoma, Washington, Lee attended the Ontario Mennonite Institute from 1962 to 1966. He graduated from Goshen College in 1976 with a B.A.; from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in 1979 with an M.Div.; and from Chicago Theological Seminary in 1985 with a D. Min.

Lee and his wife, Betty, were pastors at Grace Community Church in Chicago from 1976 to 1985. He pastored at the North Danvers Mennonite Church from 1985 to 1989. He was ordained in the General Conference Mennonite Church in 1977.
